Elite Eight Team

What do you guys think of having the elite eight team from 1999-2000 come back sometime in the near future. With a new AD and the new direction of the BB program I think it would be time to have a reunion of some sorts where they are honored during a basketball game. Maybe in 2009(when we are hopefully challenging for a championship) we could have the team come back. What are your thoughts?

Thats a good idea! I'd like to see that whole team back during a halftime! Maybe on like the first home game once the Big 12 has started...

Maybe wait until all of them are done with their playing careers (overseas or in the league) so everyone could be back.

It took 20 years to get the 1984 team back. That was the first ISU team to qualify for the NCAA tournament in 40 years.

Then factor in the LE situation and I am going to make a guess that most of those players are not very happy with Iowa State. At best maybe you get some of them back in 2019...
