ISU in @ 118 best basketball

Wonder where it would have been without the 'lost decade'? Stupid Larry and his stupid Natty, and the stupid jerk with the camera, and the stupid internet.

OK, better now, have a nice Sunday.

I'm more concerned about our place in the "Last 10 Years" list that comes out in 2022.

The 70's were a bigger issue than the last 10 years..
Those teams were beyond horrible..

If you did the last 40 years ISU moves up about 50 spots..

That's a little discouraging, but with Fred in place, the future has never looked brighter, IMO.

I was shocked that ISU was that low in the B12. I guess there have been good years, but there has been some very bad as well.

How the **** does DePaul clock in at #45? Their wins were vacated in half of the seasons that they did anything worthwhile in.

This list sucks it, big time; it gives waaaay to much weighting to "flash in the pan" teams who were hot for a few years, even if those few years were surrounded by decades of irrelevance (Houston, UTEP, San Francisco, etc.).

Sounds like what the Clones have done.

The problem with this list is that Iowa State has only won 2 Conference tournaments while Southern has won 7 in the SWAC

So Southern is ranked 108 and Iowa State 118th

Just wishing for the glory days of Tinsley and Fizer. Well, actually I'd rather just look forward to this season. Baby steps!

I mean seriously, winning the Swac gets you just as many points as winning the Big 12?
Also, I think any team that had Floyd as a coach should get an automatic 10 spot bump or something.
