Ouch - arrested? How did the next day go? That doesn't sound too fun. Must have been your 21st birthday.

Was not driving, happened the day of activation into a fraternity. Bet my pledge dad that I could beat his record of 18 shots in honor of my upcoming 21st birthday. Felt great the next morning as I spent the night in the hospital, with lots of IV's.

Ahhh, the joys of betting at a young age. I bet I couldn't even drink 21 shots in a weekend anymore.... I feel terrible after a night of wings and beers these days.

Good story.

1) I have worked with past and present: Olympic champions; NCAA MBB & WBB All-americans; NBA & WNBA players.

2) I have been to Maine

3) I am 'three degrees of separation' (not 'six') from Kevin Bacon

An all baseball one for you guys...

1. I got to meet U.L. Washington in Florida during spring training (former Royal and known for playing with a toothpick in his mouth at all times.)

2. I got to eat at a Hooters with Johnny Damon.

3. Jose Offerman, former Royal, had to apologize to me and my brother (mamackey04) after telling us to "F*** off" when we asked him for an autograph when we were young (<10 years old).

Going with 1 since the Royals spring training is in Arizona (unless it changed in the last 15 years).

Yeah. I was actually super ****** when they moved. I loved going to see them in Florida, especially when I was a kid since they were close to Orlando (aka Disney World).

Understandable. I'm guessing #3 then? Baseball players are ****s, so he would never apologize. If I'm wrong with that, I'll go with #2.

Haha, you actually had it correct with the first one, I was just letting you know that Spring Training used to be in Florida.

My family was pretty good friends with a player and we used to go out to eat with him after games. Johnny Damon and few other players came with us once (obviously before Johnny Damon became an all-star).

Offerman had to apologize to us because the player's parking lot attendant knew us pretty well and over heard him say it. He walked down into the clubhouse, pulled some strings, and after the game we got an apology and a bunch of free stuff including the autograph we asked for.

I didn't get to meet U.L. Washington. He stayed in the same hotel as us and still has a toothpick in his mouth constantly, but I never got to meet him.
