Bruce Weber New HC at K State

If this is true I would be interested to see what KSU fans think about this. If Weber can't recruit very well at Illinois I don't see how he can do any better at KSU.

Guy can coach but he lost that locker room. New start may be a good thing for him

He could recruit... They had great talent. He couldn't achieve much with that talent for the most part.

Jacob Pullen is ******, as well he should be. Don't get this hire at all. As an Illinois fan, I was happy to see him go, he's not a good fit there.

This is just my thoughts like I said I will support my school regardless and losing a staff as good as we had is tough to replace

Bruce Webber didn't think I was good enough to play at Illinois and I don't think he is good enough to coach at Kansas State

I support kstate for life no matter what but I'm not a Bruce Webber fan and I think Kstate can do a lot better

yeah, there are going to be some disappointed fans in Manhattan.
I had an opportunity to work with coach Weber, once upon a time, when he was in the MVC. Nice man, but struck me as very, very boring. The seminar he did was better than Ambien.

I was looking through their commit list on rivals and it does look like he could recruit 4 star players to where he averaged at least 1 year. This was quite a bit better than I thought. I think he takes a lot of flak for his poor recruiting because he didn't get any blue chip recruits out of Chicago or anywhere else for that matter. Looking through the years he didn't have any 5 star players which when you think about it he should have probably had at least 1 and probably 2 in his term.

If he can recruit that many four star plays I think you do have a point about his coaching ability. He has definitetly underachieved with his recruiting classes that he has been able to bring in.
