NFL: Brandon Marshall is a Bear

What did they give up to get him? He wasn't a free agent.

I see this as a sign that Miami won't be getting Peyton.

Good deal for both teams. Marshall was insanely productive for Denver with Cutler under center. Ever since Cutler left for Chicago, he's just been insane.
Now if the Bears can land Dwight Freeney or Mario Williams to line up opposite Julius Peppers, they're contenders again. The NFC North is shaping up to be really, really good next year (except for the Vikes).

Heck of a pickup for Chicago. That should be a home run. And for two 3rd round picks, they got a steal, imho. going out and getting a big time WR, that your QB already has chemistry with, is well worth what they paid.

The Bears just got their first good WR in years.

He'll get you at least 100 catches, 1200 yards, and 6 TDs

I like the pickup, but it will be completely worthless without some more talent on the offensive line. If I were the Bears, Eric Winston would be my very next call.

As a Dolphins fan, I am completely stunned they made this trade. When we had Ricky Williams, we had no QB or WR, when we had Brandon Marshall, we had no QB or RB. This organization needs to desperately get its **** together. Haven't had a good combination since the Marino days.

Seriously. Now they are going to draft a Ted Ginn Jr. type player in the first round because "we need a kick returner"

Oh and for those that didn't know, the Dolphins former kick returner was Wes Welker. Was hardly used as a receiver. This organization has a history of just being completely stupid.

Our last 1000 yard WR was Marty Booker. ****** I cannot wait to see Cutler + Marshall in action next year.

Only 2 3rd rounders for an elite WR, thanks Dolphins. Maybe we can get our hands on Mario Williams to turn the D line into a monster as well.

At least they won't be looking at WR in the draft and they can focus on DE and OG where we've needed some new talent.

Sam Wyche of the NFL Network has reported the Bears could go after Eric Winston AND Carl Nicks to shore up the offensive line. Especially if they don't spend the money on Mario Williams.
