So how do the rules on spring practice work? I see that both Oklahoma and Baylor have the same date of April 14th for their spring games but are starting practice like now, while we don't start until the 20th. Does that mean that they are practicing for that much longer? Or, do you have a fixed number of days that you can spread out as you would like?

The NCAA mandates that teams can have only 15 spring practices, and the spring game is one of those practices.

Last winter conditioning is March 19th, Spring Practice starts March 20th.
