Well things pop up in construction that can cause delays, especially on big projects.

We had a construction project over the winter here that involved a general contractor and many subcontractors. Four weeks in we were three weeks behind. But it was done on time.

My point being, much of the time when a project falls behind it is due to resources being used elsewhere on other projects. It may be the case that they bring in extra guys and equipment to make up the time later, which happens all the time.

I'm pretty far from a construction engineer, but if they have the footings in and are putting up steel, I have a hard time seeing how this is going to take until October to finish. Say they have the structure up by the end of March (not a huge stretch at the rate they're going). You would think that they could do the inside work over the span of a summer. I'd be shooting for August.

I'd be shocked if that wasn't the goal from the get go. With the decent weather hopefully that will help timing to get the team in prior to the season starting.

Every few minutes the camera pans right and zooms out for a couple of seconds, then pans and zooms back to the original position.
