Oh, please. They'll never admit to it.

Fred still has a lot to learn, but he's less than 2 years into coaching. He's doing pretty damn well if you ask me. There are going to be lows and mistakes made. But with the talent he's able to bring in and the level he's getting these guys to play at, it's encouraging. It really is. The future is really exciting for the first time in a while.
