Georges getting some ESPN love

Id like to see the rotation of White, Booker, Ejim (sometimes at the 4), Gibson, and Niang in the post.

Thats alot of people rotating at the post. However, I have the feeling someone will transfer....

Well in your situation you have already transferred Railey out, sooo....

+1

Well with the line up we have, Raileys inability to do anything during playing time except commit fouls, and off court issues. He will either be a life long bench rider or a fast exit will come soon for a more capable center....

Nerlens Noel, Nerlens Noel, Nerlens Noel.... If I say it 3 time will it happen?

Can't wait to see him play next year. I've never actually heard anyone say his name before (only read it in print). Does anyone know the correct pronounciation? Thanks!

I always pronounced his last name "knee-ang" but I bet I'm wrong. His mom posts here sometimes. WHERE ARE YOU Miss Niang?

That's what I think it is too. Eventually we won't be able to pronounce any of the players names at the rate of strange named players Hoiberg is bringing in haha.

I heard Coach Hoiberg say his name on the call in show tonight. Pronounced like George knee-ANG - last syllable rhymes with this: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fr62AsA70Es"]Senor Chang[/ame]

I guess you can count me in with the countless people that ask a question on a message board when the answer was a simple Google search away. :twitcy:

first name is pronounced GEORGE...last name pronounced Knee-yang...

Georges gets tons of love from everywhere it seems like, especially as of late. He definitely appears to be a great steal for the program and he is an awesome spokesman for other potential recruits out there...

Here is another quick Q&A that came out earlier today: 513 Sports: Q and A with Iowa State commit Georges Niang

That last blog singles out his athleticism twice. Not sure if he ever watched him play. Georges is a great player but does not have remarkable/overwhelming athleticism, as was mentioned.

Can't wait to get him here.

Why?

I mean according to the people on here, he will just be poorly coached by Fred, right? And he most certainly won't play hard according to these basketball geniuses on here.:v_SPIN::realmad:

Maybe he should go to creighton, chews will coach the hell out of him, at least for the 6 months that he is there...
