Yeah, agreed & its obvious PR gets it. We are accumulating more talent, but still we lag behind most teams in talent, so, we need to stick to the same scheme. Execution based on repetition can beat better talent.I have been critical of TH on this board and elsewhere. But I saw considerable improvement in the second half of the season and I think continuity is underrated at this level. All in all, I think his departure is a setback for ISU unless the next guy we get is running a similar system. We just don't have the athletes to make big schematic changes and not see some slippage.
