Same here. The "Pandemonium in Piscataway" game is one of my favorite non-ISU games that I've ever watched (can't believe it was five years ago!). I tried to follow RU fairly closely for a couple years after that game (partly to distract myself from how awful we were under the Chiz). Always cheer for them when I happen to see them on TV.
I loved the love from the Mizzou fan on there.
I wonder what that Quincy (I think that was his name) Dooby guy is up to these days. His ridiculous shooting cost us that NIT championship back in '04.
"The Rutgers is..." sounds weird to me.
But why would you ever reference them in that way? Do you say "The Iowa States..."? Or did you just forget that their mascot is the Scarlet Knights?

LOL to be honest I was going to post something similar on here when I saw someone say "Rutger" figured I'd let it slide.
Just a point of contention, Rutgers is not plural (Rutgers' is, Rutger is just flat wrong), rather, The State University of New Jersey is named after this guy:Col. Henry Rutgers
So, you are not named after dutch actor Rutger Hauer?![]()
Why so difficult?? I know a lot of people named Jones but none named Jone.Rutgers was named after Col Rutgers. Rutgers is not plural.
Excellent AG college and esp. animal/poultry science depatment.Worked with some people from Rutgers before. Good people.
