Dude Pollard, I am so sick and tired of waiting for you to act on this guy. Do something besides sitting on your tiny hiny. Give Rhoads a raise. This program is rising high and it wont be too long before we lose him. Do something already.

THE BEST 6-6 SEASON I have seen as a Cyclone fan!!!

Rumor has it Pollard tried to give him a pay raise last year and Rhoads turned it down and asked for the extra money to be put towards the facilities. If this rumor isnt true be patient, he will get a raise.

I don't like his red pants. I don't care if red is the school color. Other than that, he is THE man.

the guy is 6-6, 5-7 and 6-6. If you give a big raise, he won't be hungry.

With the 2nd toughest, 1st toughest and 1st toughest (likely after this week) schedule in the nation with a 2-10 team he inherited. He's turning things around. We were supposed to be 2-10 this year. He needs the raise IF he wants it.

Bowl games/wins are at the bottom of his bonus structure.

Win any bowl game - $25,000
Play in any of the top 3 Big 12 bowls - $50,000
Play in a lower Big 12 (or any other) bowl - $25,000

I thought it would be higher than that, but maybe not since it was his initial contract. I think the top tier coaches get around $250k for a bowl win though.

Continue to let Rhoads run the football program and give him what he NEEDS and WANTS.

If I could rep you I would. I think Rhoads cares more about building this program then lining his pocket. If he wants a raise, give it to him. If he wants the money to go to something else, give it to him.

Just as many coach run away from bad ADs as leave for more pay. I bet most coaches don't care as much about making 3 million over 1.5 million, it has more to do with the fact that university has the money to throw toward football that appeals to them. Let Rhoads know that we are doing the best we can to give him support as a fan base and AD and I think he stays without caring about raises.
