Seeing some predictions this morning for Shreveport......hopefully a clone win can move us up a bit.

Me too that town is the arm pit of the US. We went there the last time we went to the independence bowl and planned to stay a few days we left the next morning after the bowl game and drove to glaveston instead.

I had a great time both times. I surrounded myself with a gaggle of Cyclone fans and cut loose. I'd do the exact same in any other bowl destination so it doesn't really matter to me where the Cyclones go. No complaints from this guy!

The people who put us in Shreveport put us there because "it's ISU". They have no idea how we travel. We will be in a BigXII bowl. Unfortunately it will probably be the Pinstripe.

That's what I think. I was on the phone a few years back to a division counterpart from work. Division office is in Vicksburg. The guy asked me if I was going to the ISU bowl game in Shreveport. I told him Louisiana was the a-hole of the USA and Shreveport was the a-hole of Louisiana and that I was certainly not interested in traveling there. He then told me that Shreveport was his hometown. Ooops!
