Why aren't you doing what you said you were going to at the start of the season? You said we were going to push the ball and press more than last year. What you are doing now is in NO WAY a full court press! (What Stinson, Blaylock, and Clark did was a full court press! If anyone remembers that?) We've run a real press twice and that was against Drake and UNI when we were losing. But we only did it for the LAST MINUTE! START EARLIER AND GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE!!! Mix it in and out all game long, get some turnovers, and get into transition. AND PUSH THE TEMPO!!! Scott and White cant push the ball up the court so if that's what your trying to do find someone else and GET IT DONE! Press and Push those are the 2 things you promised we'd see so LETS DO IT!

Hey, this is Fred Hoiberg here, brilliant idea, I'll make sure to explain your idea to the players next practice.

Oops, did I just out myself on a public message board? None of you saw me here, don't e-mail Pollard!:jimlad:

Hey Fred, question for ya. Why did we have Royce handling the ball at the point instead of pounding it inside to him against the UNI bigs that were in foul trouble and that he completely overmatched?

Yes. I love open letters written on public forums to coaches and administrators. These threads always go well.

I love Freddy and always will, but I have alot of doubts with his coaching right now. Hope he figures it out or this is really going to be a frustrating season. We didn't take advantage of our bigs on offense and we were awful of defense again.

Hey guys, sorry it took so long. I had to address the team and then we had a few post-game interviews. I made sure to get on cyclonefanatic.com ASAP when we were done, just in case there was some thread I needed to answer to. Mr. Dog, those are rather complicated questions and some good thoughts. Keep in mind we're actively trying right now to keep our team from playing at a high level right now and that expectations were not too high this season. I would be interested in interviewing you for a potential coaching position, do you have this newfangled email that is all the craze right now?

Edit: Sincerely,

Coach Hoiball

Those things require an experenced PG.

Exactly. Credit him for knowing our limitations. Although, he doesn't seem to understand that not having a point guard means we need to change our shot selection, too.

Coaches don't take the shots and have very little effect on the shots players take. Rest assured, if I was taking most of the shots we'd be fine.

Sincerely,

Coach Hoiballin

No freaking kidding. UNI's in the double bonus for a huge chunk of the second half and Royce is the most physical player on the floor...and he's dribbling, driving in from the top of the key?!?!?!

Quick Royce, pass it to Babb so he can put up a hasty 3 pointer with a defender 2 inches from his face!

Coach,

What compelled you to make that Rick-Rolled Hoiball video with the lady Gaga music? I assume you made this personally, perhaps to show to recruits?

Thanks

Just unbelievable performance and planning. This is a sure fire winning strategy that was drawn up in pre game planning.
