Aside for Kent State and Kansas, KState won 7 out of their 9 games by a score of 7 points or less. What a remarkable job has Bill Snyder done as the comeback coach. Hats off to Snyder!

Obviously Kstate knows how to finish their games.

Last two tries, we pretty much couldn't finish the game with a TD or extra point against Kstate.

This year will be tougher especially with Snyder's ability to finish games and us playing on their turf. I definitely think refs will play an important role and there maybe one or two controversial call. We just need to use our weapons and make this game out of reach by 4th quarter. Also, we need a STRONG 4th quarter.

I hope you are not putting forward a conspiracy theory and just mean close calls. If the Okie State game didn't put to rest officiating conspiracy theories, I don't know what will.

In close game situations, often too many times, we have been burnt by bad calls. Its just a fact for a Cyclone fan.

We need to have a good plan, much like OSU. In my opinion, Kansas State is the one team in Big 12 that rises above all other teams in excellent coaching. We will see how CPR fairs against them. Not saying I don't like Rhoads, just saying Snyder did an awesome job this year with his squad.

This is a first. Crying about the officiating before it can even do anything. Jesus Christ.

Iowa State never gets beat. Always hosed by referees.

I like our chances if we limit turnovers. Anymore than 2 turnovers and I think we lose.

I agree to the extent that turnovers are important, but this team did manage to beat the #2 team in the nation while committing 3 turnovers. How did they do it? By forcing a Heisman front runner to throw 3 picks.

Turnovers (both committed and forced) are important; so are penalties. 1st and 15's and 1st and 20's are tough for a struggling offense.
