1. Winning in Nebraska
2. Winning in Texas
3. Beating Iowa in CPR's 3rd try
4. Beating a top 25 opponent on the road (Tech)
5. Beating a top 2 team at home for the first time in school history

Few streaks that need to end and they might be possible in 2011:
6. Beating Kansas State: Rhoads couldn't beat them in 2 tries yet, even on neutral grounds
7. Beating Oklahoma at Oklahoma

As long as we are talking about streaks, how about JB? He is 3-0 as a starter. Could he go 5-0 as a starter?

As long as we are talking about streaks, how about games that we are winning in OT? After that loss to Nebraska at home in OT, we haven't lost in OT lately. Herman knows a way to get that W for us!!

I thought this season would be another 4-8 record for us. We are over-acheivers, and we have been ever since Rhoads took over. He has always been right around the 500 level. So over-acheiving - that's definitely a first for the Cyclones!

Any more streaks?

Oh, and its November and we are still talking football. We used to transfer our attention to Basketball around this time in the past. There you go - another change in our culture!!!

Beating Oklahoma, ending a season ranked and winning a conference championship are the big hurdles left. Actually with all the close games beating KSU would be a new hurdle to jump too.

If we get back to divisional play I see us winning a division with CPR at some point.

I wouldn't go that far quite yet. I agree though. Give CPR ten seasons, he will take us there in one out of ten seasons :) I am perfectly content with that. Then he can leave for whoever, and I will worship him for the rest of my life.

Oh I don't think we'll do all those things immediately, just that's what's left.

I've been an ISU fan since '97. Before CPR in that time we had never won in Lincoln, never beat texas, never won at texas, never beat a ranked team on the road, never beat a top 5 team.

We have finished a season ranked in that time, but just barely at #25, and let's be honest, that year was an easy schedule, this team would be ranked with that schedule too...we are ranked in plenty of computer polls and I'm not sure that team would have been with a weak SOS.

We tied for a division but never played in the title game. Hopefully the Big 12 pulls its head out of its @$$ and we can end that drought as well.
