No, Missouri will have the fewest titles in the SEC. ISU has someone worse than it in the Big 12, care to guess who that is?

Exactly, Missouri of the Big 12 will become Missouri of the SEC. The worst athletic program in the conference. It is amazing how much Missouri bad talks us when no one has been worse than them in the conference overall.

He doesn't live in a world of facts.

What do you want me to do...come over here and do a victory dance? Call out all the posters here who thought MU would stay stuck in the Big 12? What's the point?

Today is the day that what we've all known to be happening behind the scenes for a month was announced publically.

You want to talk recruiting? I'm game. Offensive schemes that work in the SEC? I'd love to hear about that. Ways to tighten up the defense so they don't give up 400 yards to RGIII? Do share.

You STILL want to explain why the Big 12 is so stable now as opposed to 3 months ago? Or how badly Mizzou is going to get killed in the SEC? Or how Mizzou's lack of championships in rowing or women's cross country prove they're not up to the challenge? Or offer insights on how much of the Tiger fan base will defect based on your personal conversations with Missouri people you know?

Thanks...I'll pass.

Yes, there is a real chance that Mizzou will become the Mizzery of the SEC.

Face it. Your school full of redneck hicks sucks at just about everything and will continue to until the end of time. The only difference is that now, instead of being Bevo's 'special friend', you're the 'special friend' of the tiger twins, mike and aubie.

Edit: And I think you understand that when I say special friend, I mean team who gets passed around for a free win in exchange for a few dollars.

Maybe because it wouldn't include all conference members?

Probably. As far as the part where it is unsure what content from OU\UT could be on the channel, maybe some cross-licensing could be worked out. Games that wouldve been aired on the LHN\Soonernet could be aired on everyoneelsenet outside the state of texas, and games that wouldve been on EENet would be available for UT to air inside the state of texas, increasing the reach for all involved.

And what contract does that fall under?

I still do not see WVU comes over until 2014 and the same for MO to go to SEC. It is tied at the hip because we need a minimum of 10 teams for TV money. IO do not care if the Pope says they are going to play in 239012. This is about loss of media money if we slip to 9 twams. We have slots to fill and we must have relevant games.

I'm going to laugh at Missouri so hard when they fail at everything the do in the SEC.

"Neinas said the league is not contractually allowed to call its channel the Big 12 Network but it could find another name for it. It's also unclear what, if any, content related to Texas and Oklahoma could appear on the channel."

Does anyone know why the conference is contractually restricted from calling a conference network (minus Texas and OU) the Big XII Network?

I wonder what the comment on Texas and Oklahoma is all about. I don't recall how the newest rules regarding conference games on third tier networks were worded. I know that the LHN could not put a conference football game on unless both teams agree, but I don't know if that was only in affect if they paid to get it from ABC/Fox, or if that was also for third tier games as well.

If this network happens, I wonder if we'll see some new rules for third tier games. I don't know if this will ever affect conference football because of the new TV deals, but this is just seems to be leading up to fights over basketball rights between this network and the LHN/Boomernet. They just need to have strict rules to make sure everything is clear.

Last I checked this is an ISU board. Since any/all Missou related content is now completely irrelevant, please go home. Maybe try an Aggie board since they might still give a **** about Missou.

No, I want you to take your delusion and leave. You already know my views. No need to keep repeating them to you. Missouri has left the conference. Use that as a hint.
