NFL: Say goodbye to.........

I have Brandon Lloyd on my team, so "Hooray."

Although, he wasn't exactly lighting it up under Orton.

Brandon Lloyd had 14 catches, 263 yards and 2 TD's in the three games Tebow started last season. Not terrible.

I was speaking more to the fact that Lloyd appears to be a shell of his former self, this year. Perhaps 2010 was a fluke for him.

Eric Decker should use this opportunity to give up football and go play baseball for the team that drafted him.

His big 2 receptions for -4 yards.

Man if this is one of your WR's I feel bad. The guy had one game over 100 yards and 2 TD's.

He should quit, actually he shouldn't have started.

Just when I solved those issues with wr corp 2 weeks ago with Andre Johnson going down, I have Decker and lloyd...I thought exactly the same thing.... :realmad:

Considering the OP was discussing things from a fantasy perspective, you're considerably off the mark.

In my league, (run on Yahoo Sports) Decker is the eighth best WR in the league, in terms of points scored, ahead of guys like Larry Fitzgerald, DeSean Jackson, Roddy White, and Miles Austin.

I don't know how your yahoo is setup, but he is 13th. That one WR would not make or break a season.

ok, well our league has some different settings, then. Regardless of if he's 8th or 13th, the fact remains that saying "He should quit, actually he shouldn't have started." is woefully ignorant.

Anyone who thinks Tebow shouldn't start didn't watch the game this Sunday.......

meh. I'm not questioning the move, because Orton wasn't taking them anywhere. They need to find out what they've got in Tim before next year's draft. I just don't think they're going to find much. He's different to prepare for than Orton. Teams will get him figured out before too long. Load up the box and put a spy on him. Force him to make reads and beat you through the air. He'll either sink or swim. I'm leaning towards sink.

Sure other teams will adapt and than he will struggle. Happens to every single QB in the NFL. Even the really good ones. But Tebow will than have to adapt and he will too. Guy is just a winner. The team plays hard when his in and there is a certain energy with him on the field. I wouldn't doubt him

Lots of guys in the NFL were winners in college.

Call me when he gets Denver above .500.

In terms of being a top tier WR in the league, hes a nobody. Not ignorant, just honest. In terms of fantasy value? He has 4 TD's 1 Return TD. Average at best. Randy Moss got it done when Cassel was playing.

So which is it? Is he average, or should he quit the game entirely?

And, where has anyone called him a top tier WR? The whole thread is about his fantasy value, and questioning what will happen as a result of the QB change. And like it or not, he has good fantasy value so far, this year. For a guy that was likely picked very low in most drafts, if at all, he's been a very pleasant surprise for most team owners who have him.

Of course he did well Sunday because San Diego was not planning to face him. Now teams will know he is the starter and adjust accordingly. Tebow comp % is around 49%. Man, High School quarterback have better %'s. Hopefully these remaining games will show how bad of an NFL QB that he is.

Having trouble?

Fantasy: Average
As a WR away from fantasy: Not a big contributor so far.

You take things way to literal. I could care less what the thread is about. Threads change all the time. Tebow will get him the ball, probably more to Lloyd though.

I think Welker would be a better bet.
