Being so far east we don't get all the info that you folks get in the midwest. Is there a chance we could see ISU in the same league as Iowa. I don't even know how that all came about that Iowa plays in the big 10 and ISU does not. For us it would be great but i'm sure you folks would hate it.And how many teams do they allow in a section before they shut you out, I hope this makes sense i just hope ISU is not scrambling to find a place to play. Any insight would be appreciated.

ISU will end up in the big east and make it to a BCS game within 5-7 years. Cybookie that **** right now

The different conferences is just the way the cookie crumbled decades ago when those conferences formed. Iowa State's involvement in the Big 8/12 made a lot more geographic sense when Nebraska was still here and the Texas school's weren't.

As far as a conference home moving forward, who the hell knows anymore? You might be getting a lot more ISU coverage on the east coast some day soon.

ISU would love to end up in the Big 10, but that is VERY unlikely. I would guess the left overs from the Big East and Big 12 will join up at some point, making a conference that is "the best of the rest" from those that aren't in the SEC/Big10/Pac12/ACC.
