J. Lattimer fully reinstated

Because he is CRAZYGREG.

CPR probably figures winning is very important.
I wonder if Crazygreg was running around Jack Trice telling everyone to take those bags off their heads in Mac's last year?

INTERFERENCE W/OFFICIAL ACTS (SMMS)
GUILTY - NEGOTIATED/VOLUN PLEA
6/29/2011

Interpeted: The charge when the police/rentacop was found to have no case whatsoever but the authoities are to chicken to admit they were wrong.....I had the wrong place wrong time case dropped with exact charges.....fing bs!

Glad CPR saw thru the smoke screen, and I didn't lose ant respect for the guy. In fact, I probably have more for not pulling trigger too quickly as SOME on thhis board do. Church lady was a great reference..lol

Yep, I agree, I have way more respect for CPR for letting the process play out and getting all the facts rather than jumping to a reactionary conclusion without knowing the whole story. I also respect the way he treats everyone fairly with consistent and fair punishments, instead of "Sending a message" like some of the pitchfork crowd are always begging are coaches to do.

With Lattimer- we dominate Texas for 55 minutes and still win the game.

Without Lattimer- we probably lose
Don't underestimate how bad Texas' RT was last year. Not to take anything away from Lattimer as he had a great game but a lot of guys had great games against Texas' RT.

Exactly! The pitchfork crowd continues their perfect streak of always being wrong about the punishment players will receive. Coaches (and those of us who post on here who actually pay attention to past punishments instead of freaking out everytime someone gets in trouble) make the right call once again, and the whiny old church ladies are wrong as usual.
For the record, I just stated a lot would depend on the status of his probation from his previous arrest. If he was still on probation he would have received jail time. He must not have been on probation so this is the right call.

In the end, I lost a lot of respect for Lattimer when I found out what he did at JUCO to get in trouble the first time.

A bit disappointed in that as well.

Anyway, sounds like whatever happened that night he got arrested was a bit overblown. Let's focus on some football!

Isn't it funny when the shoe is on the other foot how opinions change:

I will give hok fans a lot of crap for all the arrests they have had just because it is fun and right now we still have a ways to go to catch up. But I won't give crap for how KF handled most of them. One game for DUI's off the team for drugs, etc are pretty standard.

Where I have issue with KF is how he handled the rapists. That alone makes him a POS. Clayborn should have gotten a game.
