A Crane has arrived!!

We are in dire need of someone to re-stream this for everyone else. How many people does theirs support viewing like 10? I can't seem to view it lately.I don't know why they cant upload their stream to somewhere else to let them use the bandwidth.

I'm going to guess because if they're ethical that costs money and the fact that there really isn't squat to see as of this moment.

Ethical? I mean there are tons of sites/programs that will rebroadcast your stream free. I used procaster before...it's limited to 50 unless you get "verified" I didn't really look to much more than that.

And if there's nothing going on...how come everyone is watching! ;)

Just take one of the gameday camera and fire it up as a live stream on clonezone on cyclones.com and let people pay a fee or watch it with an existing clone zone membership. That way you make money.

Why waste the time setting that up for 50 people to watch it? I'm guessing it costs them money to have streaming video on CloneZone not to mention they need staff that doesn't have better things to do than set up a camera. They can take pictures at a fraction of the time/cost and upload them to cyclones.com, facebook, twitter, etc.

Is the horizontal truss system still expected to be picked on Wednesday? With almost the morning gone and no east supports yet onsite or erected I'm wondering if the big pick date will be moved to Thursday or Friday! Hopefully Friday as I have the day off and would go up and watch the erection!

For what they paid for the scoreboard this is a drop in the bucket. Think of it as advertising. You don't think this creates a buzz for ticket sales?

292 posts and it's still funny

Has anyone here seen an erection of this size before in person? Watching a video online doesn't count. I want to know if anyone has actually seen one this big in person.

Seriously, this thread needs the sounds of 70's porn music playing in the background...

OK, my question is, doesn't this thing need a roof? They're not going to let rain and snow get in where the electronics are. That would still need to be done, as well as putting up the east tower. And last time I looked, that tower had not even showed up yet. I don't see how the do the lift tomorrow. I'm guessing Friday.

Since this thread alone has 25,000 views and 300 posts I think there's a lot more than 50 people that would tune in. And good guess, but it would not cost the AD any more money to stream a live event since they've already paid for the bandwidth and support for it. And, finally, since the construction company will likely want everyone out of the building for safety while erecting the structure, why not send a couple of the video guys up to the press box, turn on the equipment and point a camera at the Jake and make a few $$ in extra clone zone subscriptions. But hey, you keep on guessing and hating.
