Watching Penn State beat Michigan State yesterday got me wondering: Does Babb have any regrets of not playing in the Big 10 title game for a team going dancing? I imagine it would be hard to watch friends and former teammates finally taste success while having to sit the bench. Will we be better next year than PSU was this year?
I have this entertaining image in my head of Babb, Lucious, and Allen watching that game and talking smack about the others' (or their own?) former team.
I'm sure all our transfers are excited to be Cyclones, and excited for next year, but I can't imagine they didn't think about it at all.

I have no idea how to connect this post with the thread title.

Me either.

To the OP, I would say that Babb may be a little more motivated. He left, and his team went to the dance. (saying they get in. I'm assuming they will.)

PSU will suck balls next year and Babb would be a senior. He'll get 2 NCAA years at ISU(fingers crossed) and would have gotten one at PSU.

I follow most of the team on twitter including Babb and Allen. Babb tweets really often, mostly about pointless stuff that do not pertain to us or basketball but occasionally something regarding the sport. today he said "congrats to my psu bros! keep workin" just supporting his former team and friends. on iowa state gamedays however, he's very 'vocal' on twitter, constantly texting shoutouts to our players, commenting on how the game is going, ragging on refs and whatnot. so at least in my regard, he still cares for his former team and teammates, but his heart is firmly placed in our team now and thats what he's focused on

Watching that Penn State team I kind of doubt Babb would still want to be there, cause they just don't appear to be a well-coached team. For how much talent they have, there offense looked awful. Lot of good athletes on that team seemed to cover up what looked like a very unimaginative game plan. Anybody else feel that way when they watched PSU?

I feel this way watching any big 10 team
