Poll on cyclones.com has Sweet Carolina #2 song that's being requested to be played between 3rd and 4th quarter.

Journey ~ Don't stop believing is in the lead at 30.6% of the votes. Sweet Carolina has 29.2%

Seriously though... WTF people? I blame the Greeks (mostly kidding. I actually blame all those people who show up 5 minutes before kick off drunk and trying to take good seats from people who have been there for 2 hours and ran their sorry ***es up a **** hill then down the bleachers to get them)

*Sigh* I don't understand people sometimes... this is football, not karaoke Tuesdays at Paddy's

They've actually taken steps to fix it - it's gotten a lot better in the last year and a half. Now they give the people in the first 2 rows braclets every game as "proof" that you were there first. They were rather strict about it last year, this year it's mostly a police-it-yourself type deal that they'll enforce for you if neccasiry.

Still have @$$ hats that try, but the drunks are learning (And to their credit, much faster than I'd have thought they would!)
 
let's hope there's a competitive game still going on between the 3rd and 4th quarter so people will actually still be there to hear the song! GO STATE!
 
Yeah, unless this team shows up tomorrow and does not just give up like last weekend, I am going out to lunch and going home for a nap.
 
I dont remember who brought it up in another thread but I think the Idea of "You're the best around" by Joe esposito is the best so far. :wink:

I'm willing to guess a third of the crowd really doesnt care about the diffence in a dive and a screen. They are there for the even that surrounds the football game and that includes sing-a-longs.
