Joshua Grady on Twitter

Great you don't use Twitter. You are so cool being such a rebel.

I don't use Twitter. I have no idea why people like it. I have no problem with people using it and following celebrities and friends, but when you friend (actually thinking about it, facebook is the more pathetic of the two when it comes to people you don't even know) a high school kid that is an athlete that you will likely never meet, or even attend the school you want him too, that is a form of stalking. You are essentially trying to peep into someones life and get to know them. Twitter it is just status updates on facebook. The difference is facebook can tap into everything in someones life. Celebrities have twitter so they can interact with fans. IMO, unless you are a celebrity, you are a creep for friending people you don't know.

Yeah this I totally agree with.

I don't do it, but I don't see a problem with following anyone on twitter. Now adding random people on facebook is a little creepy.

FYI, you don't "friend" people on Twitter.

If those who are so afraid of it would learn something about it, they may not fear it.

So is the basis of this Twitter/Facebook debate that anonymous message board posters that cast judgments on others that they don't know are far superior people then the Twitter/Facebook users that follow people that they don't know?

There seems to be some irony in that argument.

To me Friend request on FB is way different than following on Twitter.

Agree. I've never tweeted but I follow some ISU athletes on Twitter. If I ever friend request an athlete on FB please kill me...slowly. I'll deserve it.

Typically it is easier to enter into a med program form that universities undergraduate system. They usually save slots. And I am not the one who said it. Josh Grady said that was an attractive feature.
Factually incorrect.

Well said!

So creepy that people follow high school recruits on twitter and fbook... Its one thing if they are actually athletes here, but even then...
Didn't you try to ruin the other thread like this before? You don't like it, we get it. Just do everyone a favor and shut up.

I'm guessing he committed to USF. He had posted earlier that his announcement was to be at 10:00 this morning, and has tweeted that Coach Holtz was going to visit him at school today, and that he had "a very beneficial meeting" with Coach Holtz.

No announcement via Twitter of his actual decision, though.

EDIT: I'm guessing his announcement is going to be next Wednesday because he's still scheduled to take another visit.

Yes, deciding on NSD.

I follow him too, he goes back and forth, I think we have about a 50% chance. I think ISU fans should show up at his signing!
