As far as further punishment goes, the Jets have changed Alosi's suspension from "the rest of the season" to "indefinitely." My guess is that it'll morph again into something even more serious: termination.

Pretty sure he went out on his own to get around a Jets player that was near the sideline as well. IIRC there was contact with the Jets player but not enough to push him into the sidelines, more a hand check/block.

I see nothing wrong with setting up the wall out of bounds. The players are supposed to stay in bounds. Nothing wrong there.

However, him tripping the player crossed the line. I'm guessing he'll be terminated but I don't think he probably deserves that. And I obviously have no clue but makes you wonder if this idea came from his bosses. It would be interesting to check his finances and see if he really had to pay the penalty or if he was helped out by another member of the staff.

I usually don't see the black helicopters overhead but after I put on my tinfoil hat I can hear them.

It appears that many other teams also use players and staff to guard the sideline. I heard a radio interview yesterday with Barrett Ruud with the Bucs. He said that they don't use the tactic, but that many players who come to the team from around the league are surprised when they discover that they don't. It sounded like that the majority of guys have been instructed to crowd the white line at other franchises.

The rest of this is absolute garbage, and in no way exclusive to the Jets or Rex Ryan, as is mentioned in the "article". I didn't click on the link to read the whole thing, but what the OP put down sounds like something out of the mouth of a 5 year old, with a 2 year old sibling.
