Herman?

His name came up because some fan over there put him on his possible/want list (of like 15 people).

I'm certain Herman has his eyes on larger targets than Texas State.

Son of a...!! I hope he stays. I understand the guy maybe wanting to coach a team of his own but would you want to drop to a lower tear school when your in a BCS conference now that is showing some signs of life? Guess we will just have to see how things play out.

Why can't you guys just accept the fact that we had to be careful when we thought it was posted on another site in a confidential area. Now that we know it is out on public boards, we can leave it out there.

Give the Mods a little slack instead of calling us out.

Yeah, who knows what his dreams and ambitions are? Maybe he misses Texas? Who knows.

This is why I'd guess he has no interest. Continued improvement/success here will make his name HC worthy at a big school.

Or you could stop overreacting. Did you expect it to stay under wraps?

He has coached there before.

Tom Herman - Iowa State University Athletics Official Web Site - www.CYCLONES.com - The home of Iowa State Cyclone Sports

Prior to Rice, Herman directed offensive attacks for two years (2005-06) at Texas State, where Bobcat squads led the Southland Conference in total offense. The 2005 Texas State club was eighth nationally in scoring and made a deep run in the school’s first-ever appearance in the Division 1-AA playoffs. Herman also worked four years as an assistant coach at Sam Houston State, helping them to a pair of conference titles.

You need to calm down.

We ALWAYS delete things that may be premium until they hit the mainstream, respecting pay sites that make a living off premium info.

It's the way it's always been, and always will be.

Lay off.
