Having a ticket is a good thing.
As for a #, that's pretty high for an exhibition game, I think. There are usually plenty of good seats still available.

Attendance was 13,293 for UNC-Pembroke and 12,720 for Black Hills State last year, so it sounds like ticket sales are going about like normal. Of course, there wasn't anywhere near 12 or 13 thousand actually at those games last year. I'd imagine more people than normal will show up this year.
Season ticket holders will show up at about 50% for the exhibition game. Attendance is usually poor for these early games. I can see Hoiberg and new player excitement jakcing that up some this year, but don't expect a full arena for a game against Dubuque.
I am counting the days. I don't care if it is an exhibition game, I can't wait for the season to start again!

Once the pregame intro starts, and the tip happens, it's a real game. I don't care if it counts for real, it counts for me.
I'm coming for the weekend (and Nebraska game), hoping to catch this basketball game Friday night. Do you think the usual scalpers will be our there for this one at all? Or how much does a single ticket cost for this game (assuming tickets are left)?
Theres a new ticketmaster feature and it's pretty cool. You can actually scan Hilton and see what seats are not yet purchased in each section. Should give a pretty good idea on paid attendance for those too impatient to wait for them to announce it.

That's actually not that bad a thing. When we get to move down it is a treat, but I prefer the vantage point up higher. We're 3-4 rows from the top. You can see the screens and how the players are trying to move.... I like it a lot better than when we're on the lower level.:yes::yes:

I've got 4. Section 207, Row 12, Seats 5-8. Not great seats but only $5 each which includes the email fee. You'll be able to move to better seats. Just PM if interested.
