KU Fans Expecting Major Blowout

Ill take a 1 point win. Just show up without a hangover.
 
I'm guessing that the KU players feel this is one of their few remaining chances for a W. After us they play CU,@Neb, OSU, and @Mizzou. I expect to get their best shot. That being said I think we will beat them but I'd be shocked by a blow out.
 
Although I would love to see Iowa State blow some one out of the water. I agree with many others and just to get a win no matter the score.

I want a blowout, but it will probably be 34-24 or something like that.

Need this game for a bowl game! Hope the players aren't like Texas was last week.
 
We need to respect every opponent. KU beat Georgia Tech earlier this year. They are capable of beating ISU as well.

Lets hope our guys can bring the same level of intensity against KU that they brought against Texas.
 
While I agree with a W only needing to be by 1. Won't that just lead to a bunch of discussion about what exactly this team is? I'd like to think we are a couple of scores better than KU at this point, more at home and I'd like to see that proven on the field.
 
Every ISU fan should expect to win this game, but it is definitely a game we can lose. I would love to have this game and only need one more out of the last three to get bowl eligible. Makes the rest of them really, really important.
 
I hope KU fans are right.
We have to show up and put them away fairly quickly. Don't give them the chance to think they belong.

I don't like saying this part, but our guys know what this looks like. Thankfully, KU gives us the chance to do it to somebody else.

Expect never. Believe always.

Believe that if you play your best you can win, but never expect to win because that is the attitude that leads to getting beat.

In 2001 we beat KU 49-7 in Lawrence. We 2002 (Mangino's first season), we beat them 45-3.

That said, of course, I also just want to win this one, no matter the score, and hope we can find a way to claw out out one more in the last three.

Really sad this game won't be televised, though. :sad:
 
This is gonna be a close game boys....The LAST time that we ... er ISU blew out KU, Seneca Wallace was quarterbacking.


Last time I looked, good old seneca was playing/ on a nfl roster.



Everybody go buy a ticket and just show up....If you have season tickets and can't go give the fricking tickets to someone who will go to the game.
