I'm hearing Emily Cady will make her official visit to Iowa State this Saturday. The 6-foot-2 forward is ranked as the No. 82 prospect overall and the 23rd best forward in the nation in the class of 2011. Fallon Ellis and Nikki Moody will also be making visits to Ames this weekend.

It should be quite an atmosphere at Jack Trice on Saturday - that certainly can't hurt. Make sure you say "Hi" if you see the group walking around.

Here's a link to her ESPN page.

I think she let it be known last week that it was between us and NEbby for her services!
That being the case I wish she would wait till after the season and after we show her where NEbby is in the food chain

The question was asking when she'd sign, and she correctly stated November since that is when the early signing period is. The interviewer may have meant to ask when she planned to commit, but that's not the same thing as signing.

I would expect that as soon as one "feels right", she won't waste time making a commitment unless she procrastinates about saying no to the other teams coach.

She's a great athlete. It's reported today that in volleyball, she leads area schools with 165 kills and .522 hitting percentage.

Feedback on the Cady visit? Anyone? Bueller?

I have heard nothing but this is what she will say. Here is my fake interveiw with her.

Katie, How did your trip to Iowa State go?

"I had a great time at ISU. I got a long well with the coaches and current players". "I can't wait to watch there season this year"

Did you commit?

"No I want to take time and go through the process and visit all 5 schools".

THanks for your time.

That is what every recruit says almost all the time.

A friend reports seeing Fennelly at Seward's VB tournament game earlier this week, and Yori at the next game. BF must think we're still in play. When is early signing day?
