My initial thought was Peyton Manning or Aaron Rodgers, but I think I'm now leaning towards Vick. In this offense with a lack fo athleticism around him, I think Vick would be our best option to make plays.
If we added Peyton Manning, I think our offense would look something like this.

If I had my choice, I would go with Desean Jackson. Someone that can stretch the field and/or make people miss. Followed closely by Brandon Marshal or Wes Welker.
Suh. And its not even close. Have him play offense and once in a while on defense and all our problems are solved.

It's nice to have a mobile QB in this system... Manning nor Brees are the slightest bit mobile...
I would take Vince Young over Tim Tebow. Similar skill set, and Young never lost a college game that he started.
If the question is, "Who can we throw in right now that will improve the team the most?" than the answer is simple - The best defensive lineman. Those are the positions that are the most individualistic (other than kicker and punter. I know you smart ***** out there were thinking it).
Sure, a stud QB (or about any other position) would be nice, but just throwing them into our system with our players (having no past playing experience together) would take time for big benefits to show. This is why there aren't that many trades in the NFL compared to other sports. Especially during the season.
