Just want to say looking forward to Sat. My daughter goes to ISU now (another to UNI) so while I'm still a Panther at heart, I'm wanting ISU to kick it up a few notches in the next several years. I'm sure you will.

As you know, our QB is fast. I mean Michael Vick fast. Can't throw that well, but we'll see how much he needs to. I hope he plays, because he damn near got his neck broken by a criminal tackle last Sat. You saw our RB last year vs. Iowa. Also fast, but don't know if he's faster than what you've faced this year vs. Iowa and KSU. He's smaller, that's for sure, so he'll be harder to find. Our D is salty and also the fastest I've seen in many years. So, I wouldn't bet on steamrolling over them.

I predict a close game that could go either way. I know that's not too bold, but I really can't see the Clones running away with it. That is, unless we put the ball on the ground near the goal line, which we did twice last weekend and twice the weekend before. Any way, here's to a fun time this weekend.
 
I really think that this is the game where our offense finally clicks and gets it going. I'm still curious about our tackling on defense, but I also really like that UNI's OL is new. So, hopefully our DL can get some penetration and give the QB some fits.
I think its a good game in the first half, and then ISU comes out after halftime and lights some **** up. I see ISU pulling away midway through the 3rd Q.

Great we are now nervous about winning against UNI....

Yeah yeah.. They beat us 2 years ago when Chiz had us bottoming out. Almost beat Iowa. But come on... 5 new linemen, and new qb.

Let's act like a D1 school for crying out loug
 
wait a minute, on the UNI website it has the 2010 depth chart as pat grace as starting QB... I will assume you're joking about him being mike vick fast. Last i saw he looked like ben roethlissberger

What site are you viewing? Tirrell Rennie is the QB I'm talking about. #10. Grace is gone.
 
My prediction for the game is ISU 38, UNI 21. I'm thinking that ISU gets a lead for a change, unlike the last two games, and is able to run at the UNI D and actually remembers the quick screens to wide receivers. That and with a lead we can run the ball more and not have to rely on a mid to deep passing game that's pretty weak this year. UNI puts a few rushing yards on our D but has some costly turnovers.
 
I hope we win this game because my buddy goes to UNI and he is coming down to Ames to watch the game. He's already talking **** about us losing our last two games. I told him we'll see what happens.
