NFL: Fantasy First Pick

AP > CJ.

AP has better O-line, better defense, plays indoors, is proven for 3 years straight.

I'm looking at a RB/QB
Ced Benson
Matt Forte
Ryan Grant
Brandon Jacobs are all available and i am looking at

For QB's
Schaub
McNabb
Stafford
E, Manning

I'd take CJ all day over AP. AP has shown to be a bit injury & fumble prone and has Favre coming back which will take away potential carries. CJ has Vince Young as a QB, so he will get a lot more carries then AP. But like a previous poster said, since a keeper league we would need to know which players are already frozen by the other owners.

If Ray Rice is available, I'd take him. I think he'll end up being the #1 player for the year.

How are those the best options when you only have one keeper? 30 team league?

I took Aaron Rodgers. I was the 4th pick but two of the top quarterbacks were off the board already.

I didn't feel Chris Johnson would have nearly as good as season and Adrian Petersen tends to get hurt and fumble. I didn't think either were bad running backs just felt I could get better value later at the running back position.

CJ has been good for only a year. I'll take a guy who's been good for 3 years straight anyday over a 1 year wonder. Not to mention Vikes get to play indoors.

It's a damn big league, i'm kinda mad about that because last year there was only 15, comish invited all his buddies to come and join.

Time to pack up and join a new league..

That's freaking ridiculous man.

If you are staying, I'd go schaub.

Is Carson Palmer already froze? I think he is going to have a monster year.

I believe Palmer is no better than a fantasy backup right now. His offensive coordinator is of a run-first mindset and they don't really have the runningbacks to make that work. He's going to be stuck in a lot of third and longs and playaction isn't going to work very well without a threat in the backfield.

uhhh. CJ has been in the league two years. last year speaks for itself. his rookie season he had almost 1500 yards and 10 tds while splitting carries.

I would take AP #1 in a non PPR league only because CJ had over 400 touches last year.

CJ has been solid every year in the league, including the year he split carries with Lenwhale. 4,000 yards and 26 TDs in two seasons. Come on.
I'd go with AP if they'd ever throw him the ball on screens.
