I know there was a thread a while back that suggested we should have a school hand gesture to compete with those like Texas' hook 'em horns, aTm's "gig 'em", and TT's six guns.
An idea for one just popped into my head but unfortunately it already has some solid and not so polite symbolism already...
The look of our new I-State logo matches pretty nicely to the "middle finger salute." I'm imagining one of those big foam hand/fingers thngs in a cardinal color with yellow letters starting on the thumb with an "S" to the little finger with an "E" (in our logo typeface) - then the outstreatched middle finger would nicely emulate the big cardinal "I".
It's probably a bit crude to consider seriously but it's a funny thought.
But maybe one of you creative guys can whip up a graphic that would demonstrate it.
