Congratulations to Wade Sundell

I realize that rodeo isn't high on the list of sports that most follow on here, but I wanted to congratulate Wade Sundell of Boxholm, who just won the Calgary Stampede in saddle bronc riding, winning $100,000 in the process. Wade is currently 2nd in the world standings in his event.

Wade's brother Jesse Sundell wrestled for Iowa State, and was a 4 time state champion wrestling for Ogden.

Wade is a good kid and works his butt off. Met Wade about 9 years ago when he was basically playing around at Diamond D rodeo in Pilot Mond. You could tell then the kid was going to be good.

Congrats, not surprised that Wade is good. Wade was a good high school wrestler. Im sure that served him well in this instance. Seems like a hard working kid. I wish him continued success.
