I've only been watching on the score tracker, but it seems that Isner is giving up more points than Mahut on serve. Can't keep that up without getting bit one of these times.

Yes, and I'd put my money in Mahut to win right now. Isner has got nothing but his serve at this point. He can't really volley or return serve at all.
