Whether it be this week or end of next season (assuming we play as expected) would you fire Greg McDermott?
I've seen a couple posts requesting a poll on this so here you go.:wink:

I guess since it isn't the best timing the better question is if you support him or not?

really is this post even serious? Just go read some posts on here and you will be able to tell who wants him fired and who does not want him fired. It's pretty obvious.
 
Well i got the inspiration from this:

Jamie Pollard on firing Dan McCarney

“We had gotten to a spot where the fan base was divided and if everybody's divided, you can't move forward. Half the people want this, half the people want that.In the long run, you're an accident waiting to happen, and we all came to that conclusion. We have to pull the plug for everybody's sake.''

Dan was the best thing up to that point that had ever happened to ISU...
now it's Paul Rhoads!:yes:
 
We have to really settle down about this......

There is no option of neither...

If we decide to fire Mac... I won't be upset... but I won't be upset if we keep him.

I'm just here to watch and support ISU basketball regardless of coach. I'm not going to engage in the war between the "Mac Supporters" and the "Fire Mac crowd".

I think Brian Peterson should be fired, I think he might be the reason for all of Mac's failures. Think about it. We weren't good when he was playing. Now he is a grad assistant he we are still bad. He is the one constant besides Mac and it can't be Mac.
 
I just have this gut feeling that the Men's B-ball team will do better than expected this season. Being an ISU fan for 25 years, I know better now than to predict whether we will suck or if we will be great. It seems to me that the teams that are expected to do well don't and vice versa. Think of what most peoples expectations were last year for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball and then compare that to the final record. I'll be pulling for this team (and coach) to surprise, but if it doesn't happen then I'll just keep believing that I jinx the teams I support....

(cough, vikings will win the super bowl, cough, cough)
