MLB: Cubs Mulling Soriano Release?

I have no idea what his problem is this year. He's always been a poor fielder, but this year he can't hit anything really. He usually has a decent bat, but he hasen't really looked like himself the past 2 years.

Any idiot could have written that article. It shared no real information beyond common sense. Might not make it in Chicago until the end of his contract, which has 4 more seasons on it? Really? No way. Might look at trading him? Really? No way.

Don't be surprised to see him settle in at the plate this year and have a decent year--much more like his first 2 years in Chicago than last year.

My thoughts exactly...

Correct.

If he's healthy he'll hit and he will continue to suck in the field. If he could put up some decent numbers in the first half and they could get any kind of value for him, they'd be wise to trade him, but they'll still be stuck under a good portion of his contract. That will go down as one of the worst contracts in this era of baseball.

Still cant see the curveball

Better not ask this guy for help then:
