Just got done listening to you guys. I find your show entertaining, but not accurate. Congrats, you guys should have material all summer.

I mostly stopped listening when Deace compared reinstating Colvin to someone saying it was OK to cheat on your wife with someone good looking.

will not be that entertaining when ticket sales sink like the Titanic next year.

We'll see what happens with ticket sales. Maybe the fan base will surprise me and not show up.

I know that I was so mad after the UNI game that I talked a lot about not showing up for any more games this season. And obviously, I showed up for them all. We all need our cooling down periods.

I think that biggest problem this season has been the students. They'll be back.

Everyone will be back if we win some games next year.

There were still quite a few people at the game on Wednesday night.

Michigan sucks so Deace has to find someone else to take his frustration out on.

On TV the place looked like a ghost town for a game against Mizzou. If they lose Brackins and Gilstrap and bring in 3 kids from JUCO, there will be little to no excitement to the team next year - they may be picked 13th in the league pre-season.

Just don't see the excitement for what is coming back and a couple of thin Jucos.

how is Pollard going to sell this?

He cannot.

Well, I haven't been watching on TV because I attend the games. But I'll take your word for it. I do know that the big empty spaces were where the students sit. There were other empty spaces in the lower level, but you will find some of those at ANY game (including Iowa, Kansas, etc). Obviously there were more of them in the last month.

Of course there will be no excitement next year. And I would fully expect season ticket sales to be down. We sold what---9000 this year? I could see it going down to 7000-7500. BUT, if we start winning the crowds will be back. The students will be back for a while no matter what.

No, he can't sell it. But we have a loyal fanbase. Some will not renew. Some will just out of habit. And some will show up no matter what. And again, when we start winning the fans will be back.

I fall into this lot.

I cannot justify to my family spending the money on MBB anymore. Lower bowl season tickets for 4 is just too high of a price...especially when the staff is leading the program in the wrong direction.

but we will cheer like heck watching the Samsung.

Said Iowa fans circa 2009.

I probably won't make as many games next year and I honestly didn't go to as many this year as I usually do. I don't think I missed a home conference game for the previous four years until this year. I am going to be having a huge life change in the fall as well so I can see myself just catching some of those cold Dec. games on the tube.

Any bets on average attendance next season? I am guessing 7000.

One the bright side, our ratio of total fans attending home games to wins should go up.

I bet tickets sold will still be around 10k. Butts may be different but that's nothing new.
