Getting a new phone...I'm a blackberry guy--do I go Curve 2 for $60 or Tour for $125? I have and like the old curve now. They're buy one get one free so my wife will get the same. Thoughts? Sorry for not "searching" for past threads--posting from my phone.

I know many people don't like them, but I am a a big fan of the Storm.

I'll tell you right now that the curve and tour don't have the same mini-usb ports so if you have any old mini-usb chargers for an older model BB you'll have to buy the car charger for the tour. Factor that into your costs as well if you are upgrading. I personally don't have a BB but work with them at work and I know that people who think they are getting a "free" upgrade get a little irked when they find out all their old plug ins won't work with the tour

The Tour is in HD and the Curve is not. The new Curve just came out and that is why the old one is BOGO. I would go with the Tour, plus it is Wifi. It is a little more, but everyone that has it loves it and you will not have any problems with it like Verizon has had with the Storm.

Every Verizon BB after the Tour has WiFi, the Tour does not. It is a great phone though, and the Storm2 is a completely different phone than the original Storm, problem wise. I have not had a single issue with the Storm2, with the exception of not having the ability to tether, though that is an OS 5.0 issue and not a phone issue.

I have a Tour and I haven't had a single problem with it! Only thing I wish it had was the WiFi capabilities but otherwise it's a great phone. There are rumors circulating that a new Tour is on the way early 2010 with the new trackpad and WiFi so you might want to hold out for that one and I'm sure the current Tour will get a lot cheaper.

I have a tour. love it, except for the lack of wifi. If you can get something noticably similar with wifi I would do that.
