Grabow was one of the more consistent relievers the Cubs had last year.

I was thinking the same thing. For a team with a 140 million dollar payroll, 3.5 million/season isn't anything more than a rounding error. Not to mention the fact that he was a pretty good pitcher for the Cubs last year...
