I've emailed with Mike and this is not a member's only event. Sounds like if there is enough interest, they would get a second bus. Last I heard yesterday, the first bus was just about full.

The first bus is full from what ive just heard, would need more to get a 2nd bus going. If you're thinking about doing it, rsvp ASAP

First bus is full. In order to get another bus there needs to be approximately 40 people. If you have interest in doing this, send an email! Right now I'm waiting for a spot to open on the first bus if there isn't enough interest for a second.

As of 2 minutes ago, no updte, working on a smaller bus

Sounds like the club will know if they are able to get a 2nd bus in the next 30-60 minutes. I believe it's a 54 passenger bus (the first is a 47). We need to fill 14 more seats. Spread the word!

Where will the buses park? We're taking a few kids with us so the bus wouldn't be cost effective for us. Still like to meet up with you guys though.

Just got an email back.

Sounds like they got the 2nd bus!

100 total seats and have close to 90 solid registrations with 4-6 "softer" ones. Close to a full house.
