Ok... so what has Duke done lately? They field decent teams but they ride on the coat tails of the ACC and UNC. How have they done in the NCAA tourney lately? At the end of the day their fans think they are a top 5 team every year and that is far from the truth. They are like Nebraska fans in football. They can't cope with the reality that they aren't elite anymore so they just ignore it.

Jake Sullivan played his senior year for Morgan, he likes Morgan.
When does it become Greg McDermott's program??? When we win 23-24 games this year, it will be his then???

Wow, you need to stop. It is embarrassing reading what you write, because people might just assume that all Iowa State fans are like you....That's not fair to those of us who can actually put a coherent thought together.
Remember, it is better to say too little and let people figure out that you don't know anything, rather than say too much, and remove all doubt (sorry, I know that I am paraphrasing that addage).
Can we got off the Jake thing? The fact is none of us really know what Jake has done or said, both good or bad in regards to HB/ISU. I don't know him personally and neither do most of the people calling him a DB.
He may be a DB for all I know, but you can't assume he is just based on the fact that he advised a 15 y/o to wait a little while and take a look around before committing.
I want Harrison as much as anyone, but I also want him to make the right choice for himself too.

It was an honest question. I am not aware what all went down with Sullivan or when. I am just trying to figure it out.
I agree with you that HB is baising his decision on GMacs program, not the old coaches. Period.
So just wondering the thoughts on what happens if Barnes chooses Iowa State?

My guess is we would have access to some new recruits we otherwise wouldn't have, making our future a little bit more uncertain. The ripple effect of this whole thing is intriguing.

I need to stop? You need to get a clue. Just because you think Jake is a God doesn't make it so. Just because you have an opinion on something doesn't make you right. Just because you disagree with someone else doesn't make your opinion more valid and negate theirs. You are the one that looks like a fool my friend.

barnes is making his announcement IN AMES, before the cyclones season opener! good sign right there. he has been an isu fan since he got into the sport as a kid. he hangs out with the cyclones and has become friends with the team and coachies already. he knows he will start next year at isu instead of competing with others at a bigger school. these are just some of the things to think about. barnes WILL be a cyclone in 2 and a half hours!!!
I have a feeling HB signing with ISU would have less effect on this years class (with most schollies filled) and more effect on future classes.

i've seen quite a few of your posts on here. not sure if you know this, but there is a thing called tact. you haven't directed anything at me, and yet i find your posts to come across as if written by an ***hole. not calling you one, just saying your writing methods make you come off as one. just my 2 cents. carry on.
