Watching A&M vs. Tech on FSN right now

This A&M offense looks good, but they are playing Tech nontheless.

The misnomer is Tech's defense has been good for most of the year. With the exception of the Texas and A&M games they have held their own.

Even against Texas they had some huge stops.

There is no way about it, A&M will put up points on us. The ongoing question this week will be can we do the same.

I hate to state the obvious, but this game looks to a shootout.
We really need AA and ARob back.

Has the feel of the KU game this year, or even the game with A&M last year. I think Arnaud and Robinson are absolutely needed to have a chance in the game. Don't think Tiller is ready, yet, to put up big points.

Our defense is going to have to play as well as last weekend in order for us to have a chance without Arnaud and Robinson. If A&M gets going early, we're going to have to score at least 30 points I think.

I think the key will be the first few drives of the game by our defense to set the tone for the rest of the game.

This...

This game is going to be just as tough as kNU

We need to figure out what KSU was doing to them. It sounds like if you can get to Johnson early, you can throw him off his game. The defense really needs to come out swinging and get some licks on him/force a turnover in the first 10 minutes of this game. We can't let Johnson get comfortable.

When it comes to defense, I think the biggest challenge is going to be on Lyle and Neal to contain Jerrod Johnson. We can't let him get outside the pocket because he can run and make plays in space.
