Individual -

ARob is 2nd in rushing behind Helu (NU)

And that's all that shows up in the Top 10

It's interesting that many talked about this was the year Baylor would start going somewhere - stats ain't proving it...

We're number one! We're number one! We're .... Numb..er......one?
Brett favre is good at turning it over! I like to be in his company.

Anyone notice Patrick Mealy (no. 51) from Army? Dude is averaging 10 yrds per carry. Better watch out for that.

The only stat I care about is 2-1.

And by the way, we have the same record as USC, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, Nebraska, Virginia Tech, and Ohio State. I wonder how many of them will be able to keep up with us for the next week or two.

Paul Rhodes at 2-1 (.667) is the winningest ISU football coach since Clyde Williams posted a (.673) for his 1907-1912 clubs that went 32-15-2.

Paul Rhodes: Winning-est coach since Clyde Williams.

Of course, there's a whole season ahead, but it feels good to say.

A win against Army will place him tied for second behind A.W. Ristine's 1902-1906 clubs. (tied...sort of.. with an unofficial tally of 2-1-1 for Ira C. Brownlie's 1892 club).
