That is an excellent point. It only goes to prove that the "watch lists" are absolutely meaningless since some random guy who was never placed on the pedestal that is the "watch list" came in and stole the award from a guy who obviously deserved it more before a single snap of college football was played. How dare they give an award to a guy for his on field performance vs. guys that were just all preseason hype......
