Yes, yes, and yes.

Hmmmm....didn't realize the last part....but are bike rack threats resorting to your old ways CycloneErik?

The guy messed up. At least he didn't try to hide it. Talked to his wife, teammates, club, and major league baseball immediately. He messed up, I think it's fair to say he probably learned something from it.

Story and pictures off of deadspin.com:
The Devil Is Still In Josh Hamilton (Update)

I don't think the pictures are approriate here at CF, so please click through to see them.

Basically, Hamilton walked into a bar, and someone bought him a beer. Next thing you know boom, these pictures are taken. They are from January.

Today Hamilton addressed it:
Josh Hamilton Clears The Air, His Conscience And Pleads "Human" - Josh Hamilton - Deadspin

I heard about this tonight, but I didn't know the pics were from January. This is being made a bigger deal than it should be - he's had no slip-ups during the season and he informed his wife, the Rangers and the MLB office as soon as it happened. This actually looks pretty tame compared to what he has done in the past.

It may not be a big deal to his employers, but I would guess his wife, family, and friends who supported him think its a big deal.

Yeah that's true, the thing that would concern me is how did he end up at a bar in the first place after he's been sober for the past couple years?

During an interview when he was at Principal Park earlier this summer, he claimed he'd had "no relapses." Hmmmmm...

I'm sure he wasn't dying to talk about this one.

Maybe there are others, maybe not. Is it really worth the public speculation on the guy's life?

I just wonder if he would still support his wife if she walked into a bar without him and then enjoyed groping and being groped by a half-dozen guys and did body shots off them.
Again, I feel sorry for her.
