So says Bobby Wade. Apparently Wade and Urlacher took a trip to Vegas this offseason, and Wade thought he should publicly relay Urlacher's thoughts on the Bears' new quarterback.

In addition, 670 The Score in Chicago has recently been reporting that Urlacher went after Cutler during OTA's and had to be restrained.

Wade called Urlacher Wednesday afternoon to apologize and told Urlacher he would call coach Lovie Smith to clarify if necessary.

Urlacher also was humored by aWSCR-AM report that he had to be restrained from going after Cutler during organized team activities.

``I didn't even practice," Urlacher said, referring to a minor groin injury that limited his participation. ``If anything, I called him a few names for zipping balls by my head with that cannon he has. Me having to be restrained? That's funny."

If it keeps coming down to the wire for the divison then there should be a strong rivalry brewing.
I don't think the packers are going to be down for long, even with the lions this could be a tough divison.

You do remember that that Green Bay smoked Minnesota at Lambeau last year, and only missed sweeping Minnesota by a 1 1/2 feet, right? In fact, I think in their last 4 meetings, Green Bay is 3-1 against the Vikings.

Green Bay was bad last year. Minnesota made the playoffs. Do you remember that? We know Minnesota has bad quarter back play, yet they made the playoffs. I'm not sure what you get out of poking fun at a team that's better than yours. I wanted Favre. Why? He's better than what they have now. I wouldn't expect him to be great, but they don't need a great QB. At least Minnesota has a decent team around their QB, whoever it will be which is more than I can say about Green Bay.

Smoked them in Green Bay? I seem to remember Minnesota having the ball with under two minutes left down by a score only to have Jackson throw an awful pick. That's getting smoked? I guess both games were blowouts then.

Yeah, I do. I also remember them getting smoked in their own building by the Eagles in their first game.

I'm hardly poking fun, I just happen to disagree with bison's assertation that Green Bay is no longer Minnesota's rival.
