I think this idea has strong merit. Al_4_State, CylentButDeadly, IcSyU, GeronimusClone, IsCyU, MoreCowBell (she's driving my cart)......who else is in? You can't play if you can break 40 for 9 holes...
Anyone who scores lower than 40 will be beaten with clubs. Do I have to golf multiple rounds since I'm listed twice?
A) I'm in
B) When & where

This.

I would get the high score. Trust me. As bad as CylentButDeadly and IcSyU think they are, I'm worse.

As long as you have a good attitude, who cares. I have friends that are phenomenal golfers and they have openly asked me how I can remain positive after shanking my drive into the woods. Does it really matter, I'm playing golf, outside, with buddies while drinking beer. What else would I rather be doing?

(Jessica Biel is an appropriate substitute)

Stay away from my next wife.

Preferably somewhere NOT ridiculously priced. Who can see the forecast into the future?

Rules? Have fun. Screw scorecards.

Nicely played. :notworthy:
Easy there Trigger--we have to keep score. There has to be a prize for last place. Nothing terrible, not like a date with your mom....

Copper Creek. Jester. Legacy, Willow Creek, etc. are all good for golf outings. Decently priced, centrally located.

How about Friday, July 10th?

Friday July 10th works for me. But let's find a course that won't be too busy if we're going to be drinking and playing probable slow golf. I like all the courses you listed, but Willow is ALWAYS busy, Legacy is pricey for some people...Jester may be the most centrally located if Ames people play...

I'll be in Minneapolis, most likely. Copper Creek and Legacy are probably a little "high-end" for what is going to happen. I was thinking maybe Sugar Creek in Waukee.

I like Sugar Creek. Anyone ever played Rolling Hills in Norwalk? That is the PERFECT course for this type of outing.

Maybe July 17th work better for others?
