Jon Miller Said What????

That's actually a good piece...I was just talking to a guy at work the other day and said I think Austen might be the surprised of the B12 this year. I'd take him at Michigan right now, that's for sure.

Best use of "Playstationish" to date.

All right, who snuck on Jon's computer and wrote that while he was away from his desk?

Seriously, though, nice piece.

I think that now that John Madden has retired, Jon is attempting to take up the reins and start the "Miller Curse," hoping that if he talks about an ISU player in a positive light, they will get injured or perform poorly.

That's right, I see right through your little scheme, Jon.:skeptical:

Well, since I zinged Miller for being a homer with his Ferentz pick yesterday I guess I have to say I'm surprised by his pick today. I'm not sure I'd pick Arnaud to be "the talk of the football world" this September. It would be nice though.

I had to read it, check the date, read it again, slap myself, read it again, check the board and read it again before I posted it. thought for sure somebody was messing with my head

and he has nothing nice to say about ISU......He is still a hawk homer, but I know there are some on here eating crow right now.

Sorry Keeper... i don't do this often - but i don't think thats being a homer at all.....i think us beating Iowa when they will be rated as a top 30 team regardless of poll, and us coming off a 2-10 campaign is just that an upset......

Now i do want to point out that the story was who will be a story in September.....AA could rise or fall after september as our schedule hits the big 12, but outside of a few big 12 fans and ISU fans, how many people have heard of AA - nobody!!!!
