Edwards is a 6-foot-5, 210-pounder that is rated as the No. 21 ATH prospect in the country by 247 Sports and is considered as the highest priority for the rest of the 2024 recruiting class.

Iowa State currently has 15 players verbally committed in the class with Danny Inglis and Deyon Batiste being the lone ATH recruits. The class does not yet have a verbally committed wide receiver.
